The ThyCa: Thyroid Cancer Survivors’ Association Award for Thyroid Cancer Research was developed in 2017 by the generous support of ThyCa to promote and support thyroid cancer research by AAES members. AAES welcomes proposals for support of a wide spectrum of research topics including surgical ethics, education, epidemiology, biostatistics, health care delivery, as well as clinical or basic science research pertaining to the field of thyroid cancer. In 2021, one ThyCa grant will be awarded at $25,000. This award may be used for bridge or supplemental funding for research protocols with existing funding.
How can I donate?
Monetary gifts, securities, insurance, estate bequests or donation of any other asset is appropriate and greatly appreciated. You can support the ThyCa Research Award by making a contributon to the “Endocrine Research Discovery Fund”. The AAES Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization and donations are tax deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code.
